When I answer a phone call, Talkback continues to give me information "call forwarding is active" , "dark screen disabled." How can I stop this? It also talks louder than my caller.

Hello, I don't have your device to experiment on, but it sounds as though you have turned off the proximity sensor setting.
To check, do the following:
- tap settings.
- Tap accessibility.
- Tap talkback.
- Now, on one of my devices, I need to tap settings. On the other, I need to tap more options, then settings.
- Find the box that says, "use proximity sensor. Proximity sensor silences speech". See that it is unchecked in your case.
- Tap the box to check it
- Place a call and confirm that this fixes your problem.
