Thanks. Sorry for the confusion. In iOS there's a toggle in settings that allows you to turn off game invites from random users I didn't see that setting on the Kindle, and sure enough; it doesn't exist, except that the developer is great about doing it manually from their end if you contact them.
Are you referring to the video advertisements that appear from time to time? If so, unfortunately you cannot as this is the way the developer pays for the app's development and upkeep.
If not, please explain further
