Nothing has changed about talkback for android phones and tavlets except for the name. According to the what's new on the play store the current crop of talkback, pardon me, accessibility suite, revisions deals exclusively with wearable technologies.
Seems to me this would have been the perfect opportunity to include the long in beta brailleback app as part of a new and improved accessibility suite, but google missed this golden opportunity.
