Hello: I just want to find out how I can backup all the contents of My Android phone, on to my computer and Micro SDCard. I learnt of some software programs that one can use to do the backup, but when I install the software programs, all I hear at the end is the name of the program mentioned, and then I hear set up, and nothing gets set up. Google drive does not backup all the installed apps on the Android device. Many are not. So, as a blind Android user, how can I conveniently backup all the entire contents of my phone. Hope my question is well understood.

I use the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Phone, on Android 6.01 Marshmellow
